The company was created by me, Manuel Lao III, who has 8 years of experience in different business processing outsource industries such as financial, healthcare, retail and hospitality. Providing excellent customer service, managing accounts, handling emails, organizing and entering data, and scheduling appointments are most of my task.
Seeing the need of entrepreneurs or professionals, I decided to offer my services which aims in assisting the clients by lessening their workload to enhance productivity that will result to business growth.
ML Outsource is a brand dedicated to assist clients in running their business through excellent customer service, social media management and provide administrative support. We aim for our client's success and business growth by lessening their responsibilities and giving them time as their ally.
